Jeremy Scott
Jeremy embarked on his professional journey in the parking industry as a valet in 2001 while pursuing his undergraduate and graduate education. Starting from an entry-level position, he diligently climbed the ranks over 16 years to reach the esteemed role of Senior Vice President. In this capacity, Jeremy oversaw all Business Development operations for a prominent Nationwide parking firm. In 2017, he made the bold decision to venture into entrepreneurship, establishing 12 Oaks Parking. Since its inception, the company has experienced notable growth across the United States.
Jeremy holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Economics from Wofford College, along with a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University. Residing in Alpharetta, GA, with his wife, Jane, and their two sons.
Actively engaged in the community, Jeremy and his family are dedicated members of the Alpharetta Methodist Church. Furthermore, Jeremy has contributed significantly to his local community by serving as a Parks and Recreation Department Commissioner, a Planning Commissioner, and a middle school football coach.
Chip Patterson
Prior to his role at 12 Oaks, Chip established AmeriPark, a nationwide parking enterprise. Commencing operations in 1986 with a single parking lot in Buckhead, GA, Chip steered AmeriPark’s growth from its modest Atlanta origins to encompass 450 locations across 25 states, employing over 5,000 staff members. AmeriPark’s clientele included prominent entities such as Simon Properties, GGP, Macerich, Westfield, as well as esteemed hospitality brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Ritz-Carlton, along with numerous airports, hospitals, gaming, and mixed-use facilities. In 2015, AmeriPark was acquired by a national consortium of parking companies.
Furthermore, Chip pioneered a cloud-based parking software solution facilitating seamless online monthly payments and data management, widely adopted by industry professionals today.
Following the sale of AmeriPark in 2015, Chip ventured into hotel ownership, acquiring and managing four properties including the Hyatt House Georgia Aquarium, the Marriott-branded Bella Grace in Historic Charleston, the IHG-branded Indigo in downtown Memphis, and the Marriott-branded The Bellyard in Midtown Atlanta.
In addition to his professional commitments, Chip actively contributes as the current Board Chair of Georgiaworks.net, a program dedicated to combatting homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism through a “Work First” ethos. Notably, a recent philanthropic fundraising effort secured $15,000,000 to acquire and renovate a historic 44,000 sq ft building to accommodate program participants.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chip derives fulfillment from his family, consisting of his wife Shawna, three daughters – Morgan, Ansley, and Lilly – and one son, Evan. His family circle also includes two sons-in-law, Nick and Joey.
Will Mitchener
Will’s professional journey began as a valet attendant, amassing over 30 years of comprehensive parking management expertise. Prior to his tenure at 12 Oaks Parking, he held diverse roles in Risk Management, Business Development, and Operations at two prominent national parking enterprises.
His extensive industry background includes managing parking assets in more than 50 major markets spanning 30 states nationwide.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Will enjoys traveling, snow skiing, and following sports.
Travis Larrison
Before his tenure at 12 Oaks, Travis excelled in Operations at AmeriPark, pivotal in steering the company’s transition from a regional entity to a nationwide full-service parking conglomerate. Progressing from a valet position to Senior VP of Operations, Travis attributed his success to a steadfast focus on meeting client expectations and nurturing his team through growth and mentorship.
A graduate holding a BBA in management from the University of Georgia, Travis is an active member of ICSC and the NPA. Additionally, as a cancer survivor, he dedicates his time to supporting the Colorectal Cancer Alliance and volunteers at University Cancer and Blood Center in Athens, GA alongside several other charitable causes and his local Church.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Travis finds joy in attending and supporting UGA sports events with his wife, Becky, and their two sons, Smith and Reed, actively participating in their various athletic pursuits.
Stephen Phillips
Starting his parking career as a valet attendant, Stephen worked his way up from a variety of front-line positions to executive management level positions. He has been responsible for all day-to-day parking operations at owned, leased, and managed parking facilities. Throughout his career he has been responsible for a wide range of initiatives including business development, implementation and transition of new contracts, oversight of staff and client relations, and internal audit.
He has worked in many major markets across the county including Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, and Philadelphia. This experience has given him the capacity and understanding to successfully operate retail, municipal, large-scale events, commercial and residential parking operations.
Outside of 12 Oaks, Stephen is an avid participant of all things “outdoors” and spends his time with his wife, Christi, and their three children enjoying all that living in the Mountain West has to offer.
Senior Leadership
Cliff Dugan
Prior to his tenure at 12 Oaks, Cliff honed his expertise across various operational domains within the parking industry at AmeriPark. Progressing from roles such as valet and cashier to bookkeeping, facility and portfolio management, culminating in the position of Director of Operations, he acquired the skills foundational to his current responsibilities. By maintaining close involvement with field teams, Cliff adeptly addressed their diverse needs as they arose.
An alumnus of the University of Georgia, Cliff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate.
He actively supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, causes that hold special significance for him. During his leisure time, he passionately cheers for his university’s sports teams.
Nikki Fisch
With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the esteemed University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, Nikki embarked on her parking industry journey in 2009, gaining initial experience at AmeriPark before transitioning to the 12 Oaks Parking team in 2020. Throughout her time at 12 Oaks, Nikki has played a pivotal role in driving various initiatives focused on enhancing financial reporting efficiency and streamlining day-to-day operations.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Nikki finds solace on the golf course and actively engages in community activities, including involvement in her local church, alongside her husband, Jason, and their two children, Hallie and Emmett.
Noelle Walters
With a wealth of experience in various facets of business administration, encompassing roles in accounting and business management, her tenure in human resources stands out as the highlight of her professional journey. This role enables her to engage with each 12 Oaks team member on a personal level, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, dedication, and prompt responsiveness.
Noelle holds an MBA with a leadership focus from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Beyond her professional endeavors, she advocates for mental health awareness, serving as a Crisis & Suicide Lifeline phone responder and team trainer on a voluntary basis. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Scott, and their two adult children, along with their cherished Wirehaired Vizsla. Their weekends are often spent navigating the waters on their sailboat, the “Hagabaga,” at the lake.
Felix Nonner
Commencing his career as a valet at Premier Parking in 1997, Felix has since garnered expertise from roles at AmeriPark and Midtown Parking before assuming his current role at the 12 Oaks team. His background encompasses diverse responsibilities such as Operations Management, Hiring/Recruiting, Human Resources, and Risk Management.
During his leisure time, Felix indulges in activities such as fishing, hiking, and instructing judo and submission grappling.
Edson Alfaro
Beyond his professional achievements, Edson is passionate about sports and dedicates his free time to coaching youth football and baseball, demonstrating his dedication to mentorship and community involvement.
Eythan Davich
Transitioning to a full-time career in 2015, Eythan progressively broadened his expertise and assumed additional responsibilities that propelled him into leadership positions. His tenure in the parking sector has afforded him the opportunity to reside in seven states, cultivating a diverse skill set across various parking sectors, including hospitality, resorts, healthcare, casinos, mixed-use facilities, restaurants, and event management.
Eythan’s fervor and specialized proficiencies lie primarily in the realm of hospitality, where he excels in team development, client relationship management, and the implementation of financial growth strategies. Accumulating nearly 13 years of industry experience, Eythan currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at 12 Oaks Parking.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Eythan is an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in activities such as rafting, camping, hiking, and cherishing moments with his wife and two children. Following seven years in Colorado, he has recently relocated to Asheville, North Carolina.
Octavio Hernandez
Renowned for his strong work ethic and exceptional leadership, Octavio has guided and motivated diverse teams throughout his professional journey, leaving a positive impact on both his colleagues and his family. His son, a talented soccer player competing in Europe, and his daughter, a skilled swimmer representing the Texas State Team, have had opportunities that Octavio himself did not experience.
Beyond his professional commitments, Octavio is dedicated to identifying and extending opportunities to young athletes globally, striving to secure grants that enable children from all backgrounds to pursue their talents. His mission is to ensure that economic limitations do not hinder the growth and development of aspiring athletes worldwide.
