Training is a key component of our beginning, and ongoing staffing strategy.
At 12 Oaks Parking, we are passionate about training being a process, not a one-time event.
All employees participate in a thorough onboarding session where they are introduced to the procedures and standards expected of all 12 Oaks employees. They thoroughly review the employee handbook and are required to agree contractually to abide by all requirements. Additionally, they receive training specific to their job class-action in advance of heading to a location.
Once at a location, the employee receives first-shift training from a seasoned 12 Oaks leader, who details specifics related to their location. This leader remains a key mentor for new employees, providing ongoing training and development throughout the first year of a new employee’s time at 12 Oaks.
