How do I register and pay to park in a paid parking area? 

Signage near your parking space will have a QR code to scan as well as a phone number to text from your mobile device. You will be prompted to enter your license plate number, and estimated duration of stay to start your session. Once you enter your information, you will be led to a payment screen to purchase your parking.


Do I need to download an app to register and pay to park? 

There is no need to download an app to your phone. Follow the payment instructions on the signage near  your parking space and utilize the scan to pay or text to pay options.


I am just running into the mall; do I still have to register and pay to park? 

Yes. All vehicles parked in a paid parking section must be registered for parking and have an active paid  parking session, regardless of the duration of your stay at the mall.


What happens if I stay longer than anticipated? 

As the parking session approaches expiration, you will receive a text message with the option to extend  the time directly by clicking a link from the text. A guest who has opted not to receive text messages  would need to scan the original QR code to modify or extend their parking session, or call (678) 973-0348 for additional assistance.


What are the parking rates in paid parking area? 

Parking rates may vary by location or time of year. Please visit www.12oaksparking.com/brookfield to  see current parking rates in your area. 


Is there a maximum parking duration in the paid parking areas? 

Yes, the maximum parking duration is 24 hours.


Is there a maximum daily parking fee in the paid parking areas? 

Yes, there is a maximum daily parking rate in the system assigned to a 24 hour (1 day) duration.


What are the hours of enforcement? 

Parking is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What happens if I park in a paid parking section and do not pay? 

Vehicles that park in a paid parking area and do not begin a paid parking session in the system will be subject to receiving a Parking Charge Notice from our parking enforcement team pursuant to local city ordinances.


What if I experience payment issues?

I visit frequently. Will the system store my information, or do I need to register each time?

No, your information is not stored with us or with Oobeo (our 3rd party technology platform). You must  scan the QR code or utilize the text to pay option for payment upon each visit. However, Google Pay and  Apple Pay options are available for ease of payment upon return visits. Stripe is the merchant services  provider that will ultimately process all credit card transactions. 


I received a parking charge notice. How can I make a payment? 

The citation will contain payment instructions, which include a QR code link. Or you can visit www.parkinginvoice.com to make a payment. Enter either your Parking Charge Notice number or your  license plate number to make a payment. If you have any issues with payment please contact 12 Oaks  Parking directly at contact@12oaksparking.com or (678) 973-0348. 


I received a parking charge notice and wish to dispute it. What is the process to submit an appeal?

Guests can file an appeal when they scan the QR code on their Parking Charge Notice, or by visiting www.parkinginvoice.com. Appeals must be filed within 15 days of receiving the Parking Charge Notice.  Once your appeal has been filed, the citation process will be placed on hold until it is investigated by our  parking enforcement team for resolution.
